摘要：目的：了解六盘水地区55岁以上中老年人群认知状况，以期构建贵州省老年痴呆的防治网络。方法：依靠2015年一乡人支教团BPBC暑期支教项目，以简易精神状态量表（MMSE）为筛查工具，对六盘水地区10个乡镇501名50岁以上中老年人群进行认知状况调查。结果： 根据根据北京协和医院神经内科阿尔茨海默病课题组、首都医科大学宣武医院中国认知和衰老研究组制定的认知障碍划分标准，其中认知障碍患者118例，占23.55%，女性认知障碍发生率明显高于男性（P＜0.01），文盲组认知障碍发生率明显高于小学和初中组（P＜0.01），家庭年收入<1万元组认知障碍的发生率明显高于家庭年收入更多的组别（P＜0.01）。结论：六盘水地区中老年人群认知障碍发生率远远高于国内现有的研究结果，应尽快建设贵州省阿尔茨海默病精准医学大数据平台，构建贵州省老年痴呆的防治网络。

Investigation of Alzheimer's Disease Accurate Medical Big Data Platform in Guizhou Province Based on the Investigation of Cognitive Status of Elderly People in Liupanshui

Abstract: Objective: To understand the cognitive status of middle-aged and elderly people over 55 years old in Liupanshui, so as to construct a prevention and control network of Alzheimer's disease in Guizhou province. A countryman teaching support group method relies on the 2015 BPBC summer volunteer program, with the mini mental state examination (MMSE) as a screening tool for cognitive status investigation of 10 towns in Liupanshui District 501 people aged 50 and over in the crowd. Results according to the classification standard of cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease research group of Neurology Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University, Chinese cognitive and aging research group to develop, including cognitive impairment in patients with 118 cases, accounting for 23.55%, the female incidence of cognitive impairment was significantly higher in males (P < 0.01), the illiterate group had a significantly higher incidence of cognitive impairment in primary school and junior high school group (P < 0.01), family annual income of <1 million group cognitive impairment was significantly higher than that of annual household income of more groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion the elderly cognitive impairment in Liupanshui area is far higher than the incidence of the existing research results at home and abroad, should as soon as possible the construction of Guizhou province Alzheimer's disease medicine big data platform construction in Guizhou Province, Alzheimer's disease prevention network.
