After decades of development, Shao’s “three-acupoint and five-needling method” has become a therapy with complete theoretical system and a large number of clinical research achievements, and its application scope has been expanded. In this paper, the achievements of Shao’s “three-acupoint and five-needling method” during clinical studies in the early, middle and current development stages and related problems were reviewed comprehensively.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>KEY WORDS</strong>: three-acupoint and five-needling method; Shao’s needling method; wheezing diseases; clinical observation; different diseases be treated in the same way</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT IN CHINESE</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">[摘 要] 邵经明教授所创“三穴五针法”在治疗哮病的临床实践中取得了较为显著的疗效，得到了医患的广泛认可，经过数十年的发展，邵氏“三穴五针法”已经成为一种具有完整理论体系与大量临床研究成果的疗法，其应用范围也得到了扩大。本文就邵氏“三穴五针法”的临床研究在早期、中期以及当前的发展阶段取得的成果以及相关的问题做一综合评述。</p><p style="text-align: justify;">[关键词] 三穴五针 邵氏针法 哮病 临床观察 异病同治</p><p><br/></p>
