“以岭连花杯”第三届全球大学生中医药国际化征文活动通知

  中医药已传播到183个国家和地区。为进一步传播与弘扬中医药文化,培养中医药国际化人才,促进文明互鉴,民心相通,服务构建人类卫生健康共同体,为大学生搭建高水平学术交流平台,拓展国际视野和跨学科研究能力,世界针灸学会联合会秘书处和上海中医药大学中医药国际化发展研究中心联合举办“以岭连花杯”第三届全球大学生“中医药国际化”征文活动,具体内容如下:


  参赛人:在校大学生(本科、硕士、博士在读),无国籍和高校专业限制。


  论文主题:围绕中医药国际化相关的内容。包括但不限于:中医药海外发展研究、海外针灸研究、中药海外种植研究、中医现代化国际展望、世界传统医学研究、中医药企业海外发展、中医药国际援助等,不限于此,可从宏观出发,也可着眼中医药国际化发展的某个具体内容展开,对中医药国际化进行跨学科研究。同时,中医药科技创新成果亦可参赛,选手围绕成果进行论文阐述,欢迎投稿。


  论文语言:中英文不限,字数4000-8000字为宜,同时提交200~300字中英文摘要。


  参与方式:请于6月30日前,将文章保存为Word文档发至contact@wfas.org.cn,邮件标题请注明“国际化征文”,邮件中写明作者的学校、国籍、民族、姓名、性别、年龄、专业、年级和联系电话。


  评选方式:

  1.由大赛评审组专家进行论文初筛,筛选符合要求的论文进入初赛。

  2.本次大赛以培养中医药国际化人才为初衷,选手应具备传播能力,初赛选手需围绕自己的论文制作中医药网络传播作品发布至网络平台。决赛名额50%由专家评选论文产生,另外50%由网络传播作品推广成效排名产生。

  3.决赛采取线上线下结合的方式,选手进行论文汇报,评委依据现场汇报表现及论文打分。


  奖励方式:经过专家评审、网络评审,拟评选出一等奖论文2篇,每篇奖励人民币10000元;二等奖论文7篇,每篇奖励人民币6000元;三等奖论文10篇,每篇奖励人民币3000元;优秀奖论文若干,每篇奖励1000元,优秀组织奖若干。协办刊物将选取部分论文发表,组委会拟将择机出版论文集。

“Yiling Lianhua Cup" 3rd World Essay Competition for College Students: Internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine



Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) including acupuncture-moxibustion has been spread to 183 countries and regions. For the purposes of reflecting the global picture of TCM, promoting the mutual learning of cultures, contributing to a Global Community of Health for all, and offering an exchange platform for international talents, “Yiling Lianhua Cup" 3rd World Essay Competition for College Students: Internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be held. The competition is co-organized by the Secretariat of World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS) and the Center for International Development of TCM of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.


Participants: 

College students (undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral candidates), with no restriction to nationality, university or major.


Topic and theme: 

The essay submitted should feature internationalization of TCM, including but not limited to researches on the worldwide or local development of TCM, acupuncture-moxibustion, Chinese herbal medicine, traditional medicine, etc; stories of learning experience of TCM; cross-disciplinary studies related to TCM; overseas development of Chinese medicine enterprises, and international assistance of TCM. In addition, the achievements of scientific and technological innovation of TCM can also participate in the competition. The achievements should be expatiated through essays.


Language: 

The essay shall be written in Chinese or English, with total words of 4,000 - 8,000. An abstract of 200 - 300 words is also required.


Submit your essay: 

Please send your essay in WORD format to contact@wfas.org.cn no later than June 30th, 2021. Please use Essay TCM internationalization as the subject of your email, and present in your mail the following details of the author(s): name, university/college, nationality, gender, age, major, grade, contact email and phone number.


Competition Rules:

1. The experts of the review group will conduct the preliminary screening of papers, and select the papers that meet the requirements to enter the preliminary competition.

2. The competition aims to cultivate international talents of TCM. The contestants should have the ability of bringing TCM culture to the masses. The preliminary contestants should make TCM  works around their papers and publish them on the network platform. 50% of the final places are selected by experts, and the other 50% are generated by the ranking of promotion effect of TCM works.

3. The final will be held online and offline. The contestants make reports of their papers, and the experts grade their papers according to the performance of reports and the quality of essays.


Reward: 

Winners will be decided through expert review and online voting:

Two 1st Prize winners, with a reward of RMB 10,000 each;

Seven 2nd Prize winners, with a reward of RMB 6,000 each;

Ten 3rd Prize winners, with a reward of RMB 3,000 each;

Excellence Award winners, with a reward of RMB 1,000 each. 

Winning essays may be published by the supporting publications and may be included into the Book of Essays published by the organizers.
